Projects for Agriculture, Economic, Youth, and More

As a Sustainable Agricultural Volunteer I will be responsible for increasing food production for individual's consumption, for selling to make a profit, and to increase food security. We will accomplish these goals by planting community and school gardens and working with local farmers to use more sustainable farming practices. We also encourage income generating activities and will do trainings on money management. This will help with financial security and food security in the community.

We are also encouraged to help with Malaria prevention in the area, as well as leading school groups like an English club or a women's empowerment group. Either way, these goals will also be part of our larger contribution working with the people of Benin.
